What's up dudes! Idk bout you guys but it's pretty cold here and the leaves are starting to change! It's beautiful and we can't wait til fall!
September 3rd: Today was kinda chaotic but also really fun, it was my first zone conference. So even though it was a bit overwhelming it was nice to get to know more missionaries and be able to connect with them all! And Elder Hoffman had some good advice. He said be yourself and show your personality in the lessons! Because you are sent to those places for a reason! So those people are put in your path and are interested in what you have to say! So just open your mouth and the Holy Ghost will do the rest! Then that night we met up with an awesome guy named Jason and he was really teachable and wanted to learn more! He also had a dog named Misty so I wonder if our cat Misty and his dog would get along...probably not
September 4th: We met our bestie Markie in person for the first time!! She's so cute and wants to get closer to Christ so we are excited about her! Then we had Young womens/young mens that night!
September 5th: FINDING!! And super painful exerciseing..that's how you know it works tho💪 Then we had BOM class that night..sadly our friend Nathan didn't show..
September 6th: Today was pretty fantastic! So we kinda stuck at time management buuuut we did service at the resuce center and then to go in the basement and put food away Sis Nelson kept scaring me cause she said there were mice down there so that was kinda scary even tho we didn't see any mice. We think one might have been hiding in a box of noodles tho. Then we did more service for this cute old lady in are ward who has kitty's!! Then we met Lindsay! She's cool!!
September 7th: We went refural finding cause we have a bunch of refurals! Sadly the refural wasn't home but thankfully across the street from her we met JESSICA!! Yay! Jessica was awesome and she became a friend! The lord works in mysterious ways and his timing is the best timing! Then pres. Coleman bought all da missionary ice cream!
September 8th: STAKE CONFERENCE!! Yay! It was awesome and there were some amazing talks! Then we had our interviews and they went well! President Coleman and Sister Colemn are the best!
Today: Laundry, neighbors, pumpkins and President Nelsons B day!!
Love, Sister Hodges 🫶🏼
