Oh man I love being a missionary but it’s coming to an end and im so excited to hug my family!!
November 4th: we had an awesome lesson with Carrie and Sister Showalter! We read Mosiah 28 and went over mosiah 26-27! We talked about Alma the younger and how an angel came to him and told him to get his crap together. Then we stopped by a ton of people and had a lesson at the Roes and they gave us some of there Halloween candy cause we didn't get any! So it was super sweet literally and had weekly planning :)
November 5th: we did a ton of stuff today! We had district council with everyone and then we had a lesson with MJ this inactive member! Shes super sweet and told us some cool stories! One about how heroic grandma used to hate missionaries and then one asked if she wanted to see a magic trick and then she started to like them and became a member! Then we had a lesson with Allison and Joan, two old ladies who were super sweet!then we had a phone call with this guy named Jeffrey who was mega interested and he wants to change his life around!
November 6th: we had lessons back to back to back!! Then we had dinner at the Reynolds and they are seriously the goofiest family ever, we committed them to serve eachother and all the kids acted like that would kill them and im like bro just give your sibling a compliment geez lol.
November 7th: we got to know this guy named Damon and his buddy Peter on the phone and they said they would pull up to church but they didn't! Shocker! The mission has sorta given me trust issues frfr lol. But they seemed really kind on the phone so maybe they just got busy. Then we had a fire lesson with Mark and Heather about marriage, temples and eternal families! So pretty much the best topic ever!
November 8th: We stopped by the Brittons and got to know them very well and there dog which looked like he wanted to tear me to shreds. Then we had a lesson with Janelle this lady i used to teach last year and Adam! We got him hyped for the temple! Then we got to know this guy named Michael and he was a creep!
November 9th: Jeffrey came to church!! And he loved it! I bore my testimony because sister coston whispered "ill go up if you go up!" The spirit was urging me to go up anyways and then all the missionaries went up and it was pretty awesome! The spirit was so strong and Jeffrey seemed to really enjoy it! Then we had a lesson with a nine year old who wants to get baptized! Then we had a lesson with Jeremy about Polgomy and that was a very interesting lesson! I don't know what else to say about it haha!
November 10th: pdayyyyyy!!
November 11th: we had a pretty epic lesson with Jo about the plan of Salvation and we stopped by a bunch of people and met this lady named Elizabeth!! She was super sweet and we taught her the entire plan of Salvation first contact! Miracles!
November 12th: MY LAST DC ( district council) i got to lead it out and that was so fun! The Role plays were actually pretty fun and I feel like our district is pretty unified and so thats been awesome! Everyone's so funny! We didn't have a ton of lessons today but we had district council comp study too so that was super fun scum was Cain and president was the prophet.
November 13th: got my hair cut and I love it!!! For free too cause one of the members did it! Then we had a lesson with Cristopher about the Book of mormon and Jesus Christ atonement!!
November 14th: we had a lesson with Dennis and poor guy misses his wife so much its actually so sweet, we talked about how he will see her again someday! Then we had a lesson with Lisa about the wow and repentance and how we can always repent because of Jesus Christ!
November 15th: had a bible study with Lisa and Bruce, got some free build a bears and then got dinner with the quad and it was so fun! Then we snuggled...just kidding im just so excited to watch elf lol all the Christmas decorations are up!! But fr we had a great lesson with John Baliee and his wife
November 16th: four baptisms yeeehawww! So fun to support the missionaries who had baptisms! Mark and Heather are on date for December so im sad I won't be there but ill definitely support them from a distance!
Last remarks: I just wanna say that I love jesus christ and he will always be my savior and my foundation! If we continue to follow him and listen to his teachings the devil will have no power over us
